Refund & Shipping Policies

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Each order is vacuum sealed for longevity and freshness. Should the seal be broken in any during the shipping process (or if you've received the wrong item by mistake), I will send you a new package of the same item. If that item is not in stock, you will be sent a similar item, at no charge. While I'm confident and surely hope your dog absolutely loves my home-made, 100% organic treats, requests for a refund because your dog disliked them will not be granted.   Your satisfaction is my utmost concern, so if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact me immediately by emailing rndorganicdogtreats@gmail.com and including your order number, name, phone number or zip code. Please include a short reason for why you are requesting a refund.

There is never a need to return any products you received. They may be given to a local dog shelter.

R&D Organic Dog Treats currently ships within the contiguous United States only. You will have your choice of shipping method at check. Shipping costs for your purchases should be automatically calculated to the zip code you enter, based on our previously determined weight and measurements of the packaged item(s). I take great pride in personally packing each item to ensure it safely reaches your door in its original condition.
